As we showed in the Feb. 14 article, Rossi responded to Smith’s offer.
“When Our E-CATS will be in the market,” Rossi wrote, “this millionaire will have the chance to buy for few hundred dollars an E-Cat and test it as he wants, so why waste money? I do not need his money.”
Yet two weeks ago, Rossi sent an invoice to hopeful investors in Australia for $131,000 for a “license” to a product that Rossi did not yet have on the market.
It seems that Smith called Rossi’s bluff. According to Rossi’s e-mail yesterday, his E-Cats, assuming they are real, are still not available for delivery. Rossi’s promises have been ongoing for a year.
On Oct. 7, 2011, Ny Teknik quoted Rossi: “Within a few months the product will be on the market, and the best test is done by the customers who will come back with the product if it doesn’t work.”
On Jan. 16, 2011, Rossi wrote on his blog: “We have already passed the phase to convince somebody. We have arrived at a product that is ready for market. Our judge is the market. In this field the phase of the competition in the field of theories, hypotheses, conjectures etc. is over. The competition is in the market. If somebody has a valid technology, he has not to convince people by chattering, he has to make a reactor that works and go and sell it, as we are doing.”
On Jan. 16, 2011, Rossi wrote to New Energy Times: “What I have presented is not a theory or a laboratory prototype waiting for the approval of anybody but the market: we are starting an industrial production of our reactors. If somebody has a technology able to compete, the competition will not be on the blogs, but on the market. In this field the time of mental masturbations is over. Now is time for facts, and facts are operating reactors of satisfied customers.”
Oddly, there is no evidence of the “customer” Rossi sold his device to in October and there is no evidence of any satisfied customer at all. There is only chattering from Rossi on his own blog and rumors and speculations on the various E-Cat blogs.
I find it amazing Mr. Rossi can offer to take Dick Smiths money and still has not delivered the 1 MW Ecat he claims to have been paid in full for on 28 Oct 2011.
If I was the 1st customer that paid $2 million for a 1 MW Ecat that is still sitting in Mr. Rossi’s workshop, is apparently not working and is visually not under test or development, I would be just a little upset.
That is if there was a 1st customer to be upset.
Maybe the money in the bank is a bit low and that is why Mr. Rossi tried to get Sol Millin or Dick Smith to pay him the 100,000 Euro license fee. Seems quite a deal, especially as DGT want 40,000,000 Euro for the same license.
Lets see, 12 hours of Mr. Rossi’s time to repeat the requested Ecat demo for 3 people, at Mr. Rossi’s workshop and he walks away with $1,000,000. Not a bad hourly earn. That is if the Ecat can pass the test as Ian Bryce looks over Mr. Rossi and the 2 invited experts shoulders while checking and rechecking the test system.
So come on Mr. Rossi be real. No one will walk away from earning $1,000,000 for 12 hours work and all the publicity.
You claim the Ecat works. You claim your data is correct. You claim all the skeptics are snakes. Dick Smith just gave you the weapon you need to kill all your snakes, silence all your skeptics and give you the time you need to finish your work.
12 hours is all it needs. Just 12 hours.

Not that I really care anymore, I stopped watching “The Rossi Show” months ago. I’m just now finishing up some reports that were delayed by embargo. Okay, so we all know that Rossi gave us his word (you trust him, don’t you?) that some “customer” paid some money for the shipping container with 50 30-liter jugs and associated plumbing and wiring last October. And as I heard, a truck came and hauled the big blue box over to the happy customer identified as “For The Customer.” (So glad Rossi partially redacted that, otherwise I would have been so confused with a customer named For the Customer.)
So why do you say Rossi has not delivered his first 1Mw E-Cat? Why do you say it’s still sitting in Rossi’s garage? What are you talking about?

Rossi admitted the 1 MW Ecat never left his workshop after a video revealed it was still there and had not moved. Which means his statement that he had attended the secret customers site to install it is not a true statement.
It is still sitting were it was during the 28 Oct test. Rossi claims it is being repaired and that he and the customer and NI are working on the control system. Only problem with the working on it bit is there is no water circulatory system nor fan driven heat exchangers hooked up to the 1 MW Ecat. There is no way it can be powered up and run under load.

Looks quite odd also the address of the usual apartment-house in Miami and the phone numbers.
Both are mobile phones. How is that a multi M$ business company can’t afford a regular phone line?
Does anybody in the area is willing, just for fun, to place a call to any of those numbers?
These are phone numbers which Rossi has made well-known for at least a year. I have called him on both during the Jan-June timeframe. Rossi’s registered corporate address is a 5-th floor apartment. We have a photograph of it. This is old news. Please see Report #3.
How is is that so many people have believed for so long that Rossi, as he has stated, has a “factory” in Miami producing hundreds of E-Cats when not one person has seen this factory or any evidence of it?
