The Florida-based Leonardo Corporation has purchased the rights to Andrea Rossi’s “Energy Catalyzer” device.
According to Swedish journalist Mats Lewan, Rossi and his wife, Maddalena Pascucci, each own 50 percent of the company.
According to a Jan. 26, 2012, document filed with the European Patent Office, Leonardo Corporation paid €10,000 to Pascucci for the rights.

According to the document, Leonardo Corporation’s registered office is 1331 Lincoln Road, Suite 601, Miami Beach Fla., and Pascucci resides at Via Ezio 24, 00192 Rome, Italy.

According to real estate records, 1331 Lincoln Road, Suite 601, Miami Beach Fla. is an apartment owned by Pascucci. Corporate registration of the couple’s company shows it located one flight below, in apartment 505.
New Energy Times has been unable to identify in which apartment the couple have their factory with the 300 E-Cat nuclear reactors.

Up to this point Rossi and the Leonardo Corporation had absolutely no legal rights to this patent, except by any contractual rights he or Leonardo Corporation may have had privately with his “wife.” Those types of documents do not have to be public records.
But before Rossi or the Leonardo Corporation could enter into any contract that was based on this patent, there must have been a contract already in place between Rossi and the Leonardo Corporation, and his “wife.” Maybe one of the people buying a license called him on this?
Also this is very important, if there was no contract with his “wife” and the Leonardo Corporation, before the rights were bought and formally transferred, then each contract that was based on this patent and signed by Rossi as an agent of the Leonardo Corporation was a felony. This is assuming that 1) there was no contract between his “wife” and the Leonardo Corporation, and 2) that the contract implied (explicitly or implicitly) that the Leonardo Corporation held any rights to the patent.
In other words she herself as sole owner of the patent, had, just by herself, all the rights to the patent and could have sold them to anyone without Rossi’s approval. (Except as I said unless they had a private contract).
Even if they had a private contract, she still could have sold the rights to the patent to anyone else, and then Rossi would have had to take her to court, to enforce their private contract.
Now Rossi, through the Leonardo Corporation has purchased 100% of the rights to the patent from her for 10,000 euros. The Leonardo Corporation in Florida is the one who now owns 100% of the patent.
To make matters more complicated there are two Leonardo Corporations, both started by Rossi, in two different states. Even though Rossi started both corporations and they both have the same name, under US corporate law, each one is a separate and distinct individual.
When people are signing contracts with Rossi I wonder which corporation he is using?
The corporation in Florida has only two officers registered. It takes time for documents to reach the data bases, so it will be interesting to see if that changes.
Now compare all of this to the statements Rossi has said in the last few days relating to his business.

By Florida corporation law a corporation has to file any address change.
The current corporation records in Florida show the 505 address.
But Rossi is using the 601 address with the patent office.
Have you verified that Rossi still has control of both address?
Maybe he moved to the 601 address and just hasn’t filed all of the records yet.

A number of people have contacted me about Maddalena Pascucci. They have noticed that there is a lot of unusual business dealings between her and Andrea Rossi. They question if she is really his wife because of the recent transactions, her Rome residence (or former residence), different Miami beach condo in the same building as Rossi’s.
