How unfortunate that the Inspector from the Florida Bureau of Radiation Control did not ask Rossi the simplest of question when Rossi said there were no nuclear reactions: He should have inverted Rossi’s claims and asked; “Chemical reactions cannot account for the heat generation you claim, so what can account for the heat observed that isn’t nuclear?”!
